Tara O’Connor

As the General Manager, Tara supports operations within the Property Management department, providing owner support, coordinating maintenance projects, responding to tenant requests, and managing monthly reporting and property administration. With over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, Tara has been involved in all aspects of operations, marketing and brokerage coordination, turning her passion for the real estate industry into a multi-layered focus on client service and procedural management.

Tara joined Compass Commercial in 2021. Since her move to Bend in 2018, Tara had set her sights on working for Compass Commercial due to the company’s strong reputation, positive culture and team vision, and its well-established commitment to the Bend community.
