Tom joined Compass Commercial Construction in 2014, bringing with him an extensive background in project management and construction. With over 30 years of experience, Tom has held key roles in project management, supervision, and quality control across a diverse range of projects, including hotels, schools, churches, government facilities, high-tech offices, and water and sewer treatment plants. Before relocating to Bend in 2011, he served as Superintendent and Quality Control Manager at Jacobsen Construction. His notable achievements include renovating The Brickhouse restaurant in downtown Bend and projects completed for the National Forest Service, Oregon Department of Transportation, and LDS Church. As a Project Superintendent, Tom leverages his hands-on construction expertise and managerial skills to ensure the successful completion of each client’s project.
