Compass Commercial Announces May 2015 Notable Transactions

BEND, OR (June 2, 2015) — Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces notable transactions closed in May 2015.

Sabal Financial Group LP sold a 38,342 square foot industrial building situated on 2.2 acres of land at 250 SE Timber Avenue in Redmond to K&W Legacy LP for a transaction value of $1,720,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Gardner Williams, SIOR and Erich Schultz, SIOR represented the seller.

James and Joann Frazee sold Twin Lakes Resort located at 11200 S. Century Drive in La Pine, Oregon to Dunn Recreation, LLC for an undisclosed value. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM, Bruce Kemp, CCIM, Dan Kemp and Joel Thomas represented the seller in the transaction.

250 SE Timber Avenue, Redmond

698 NW York LLC sold a 7,030 square foot office situated on a 23,522 square foot lot at 698 York Drive in Bend to Brant’s Place, LLC. The transaction was valued at $1,600,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Graham Dent, Howard Friedman, CCIM and Stephen Toomey, CCIM represented the seller.

JSCM, LLC sold 1.5 acres of industrial land at 63056 Crusher Avenue in Bend to John Henry Weisner for a transaction value of $513,224. Compass Commercial brokers, Graham Dent, Bruce Kemp, CCIM and Dan Kemp represented the seller. Erich Schultz, SIOR, Darren Powderly, CCIM and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the buyer.

Arthur Pozzi leased an 83,000 square foot industrial property located at 20720 Brinson Blvd. in Bend to Advanced Energy. Compass Commercial broker, Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented the lessee in the negotiation of the lease.

TNR Properties, LLC sold a 1,455 square foot commercial/office property situated on 6,970 square feet of land at 17 NW Irving Avenue in Bend to Aaron Boehm for a transaction value of $353,000. Compass Commercial broker Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented the seller.

Vision Properties, LLC leased a 2,248 square foot office located at 404 SW Columbia Street in Bend to Home Services of Oregon. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented both the lessor and lessee in the negotiation of the lease.

Rocky G. Lasseter sold a 1,800 square foot rural service center situated on a 19,166 square foot lot at 16480 WM Foss Road in La Pine to Brett Allen Ross for a transaction value of $145,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Joel Thomas and Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented the seller.

Selco Community Credit Union leased a 1,526 square foot office space located at 62930 O.B. Riley Road in Bend to Barnett & Company. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessor.

Columbia State Bank sold a 1.38-acre lot at Pioneer Business Park in Redmond to Accent Amenities for a sales price of $99,000. Compass Commercial broker, Ron Ross, CCIM represented both parties in the transaction.
