Sora Sushi Japanese Restaurant, Inc. signed a lease for the 3,588 square foot restaurant space located at 3853 SW 21st Place in Redmond, Oregon, Suite 109. The restaurant is typical Japanese style offering of sushi delivered on a conveyor belt, as well as a full menu of cuisine including nori rolls, sashimi, yakisoba and more. This is the restaurant’s second location in Central Oregon, the first is in Bend near downtown on NW Bond Street and NW Franklin Avenue. Sora Sushi currently has two additional locations outside of Central Oregon, one in Woodburn and another in Washington.
