Brokers Dan Kemp and Graham Dent of Compass Commercial represented Dan and Sandie Campbell in the sale of the Cultus Lake Resort business, located at 55885 Cascade Lakes Highway, southwest of Bend. The resort is operated on 7.99 acres of Forest Service land with special use permits. Kate and Devan Dunn purchased the business and will continue to run the resort according to tradition.
Orange Panda, LLC purchased five houses on NE Red Oaks Drive in Bend. Brokers Dan Kemp and Peter May, CCIM represented Red Oak Holdings, LLC, the seller, and the buyer. The total value of the transaction was $1,600,000.
Deschutes Pediatric Dentistry will be opening a dental practice in Redmond. They leased 3,519 square feet in the Coppertop Building, located at 3818 SW 21st Place and were represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil, CCIM. The landlord, Spencer Bros, LLC was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Bruce Churchill and Dan Kemp.
The Council on Aging of Central Oregon purchased the 8,764 square foot community center located at 1036 NE 5th Street in Bend. Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer. The transaction was valued at $865,330.
Brokers Dan Kemp and Bruce Churchill of Compass Commercial represented Murray Road I, LLC, the landlord, in the leasing of a 22,571 square foot industrial space to Arclight Dynamics in the Murray Road Industrial Center in Bend.
River Pig Saloon leased 2,906 square feet of restaurant space at the Box Factory located at 555 NW Arizona Avenue in Bend. Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented both Old Mill Retail, LLC, the landlord, and the tenant.
Broker Peter May, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented Emagineered Solutions, Inc., the buyer, in the purchase of the industrial land located at 1400 NE Kingwood Avenue in Redmond. The transaction for the sale was valued at $377,200.
Parametrix Inc. expanded into an additional 2,670 square feet of office space located at 150 Pacific Park Place in Bend. Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz of Compass Commercial represented both the lessee and the lessor.
Premier Printing Solutions leased the 2,676 square feet in the new industrial building located at 63052 Layton Avenue in Bend. The landlord Willis R. Brown Trust was represented by Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services.
Autumn Lodge Persinger recently purchased Ida’s Cupcake Café business. Both parties in the transaction were represented by Dan Kemp and Peter May, CCIM of Compass Commercial. The cupcakery will continue to be operated out of the existing locations at 1314 NW Galveston Avenue and 1155 SW Division Street in Bend and 738 SW Highland Avenue in Redmond.

Peter May, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented John O’Leary, the landlord, in leasing the 2,240 square feet of office space located at 461 NE Greenwood Avenue in Bend.
Tobron Oregon, LLC sold the 4,125 square foot hangar located at 1900 NE Airport Way, E8 in Redmond to C. Joe Anderson. Robert Raimondi, CCIM, broker of Compass Commercial represented both seller and buyer. The transaction was valued at $186,000.
