Holley Jensen Announced as Compass Commercial’s Newest Partner

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services proudly announces that Holley Jensen has been named the firm’s newest partner, joining the leadership team that guides the company’s vision and growth.

Jensen, Director of Property Management and a licensed broker, has been instrumental in leading Compass Commercial’s property management team and overseeing a diverse portfolio of office, retail, mixed-use, and medical properties across Central Oregon. Since rejoining Compass Commercial in 2023, she has streamlined operations, grown the management team, and elevated client service by introducing best practices and leveraging new technologies.

“Holley has made an impressive impact during her time with Compass Commercial,” said President Russell Huntamer. “Her leadership, professionalism, and industry expertise have elevated our property management division. As a partner, her insight and critical thinking will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”

In addition to becoming a partner, Jensen has been named a  2025 Cascade Business News Accomplished Under 40 recipient, which celebrates professionals who excel in their careers while making a difference in their communities. She’s the 17th Compass Commercial employee to receive this honor, further underscoring her professional achievements and community engagement.

“Holley is very deserving of this award,” Compass Commercial’s VP of Property Management Russ Monroe commented. “She has stepped up at every opportunity and has been instrumental in our company’s success.”

Before joining Compass Commercial, Jensen built a strong foundation in Austin, Texas, where she worked with AQUILA Commercial and Live Oak Real Estate managing a wide-ranging portfolio. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston College and is actively involved in professional organizations.

“Becoming a partner has allowed me to further visualize the future of Compass Commercial and see the potential for what we can accomplish,” Jensen said. “It is rewarding to play a role in the decisions that will help us thrive and grow.”

Her commitment to community service has been a hallmark of her career. In Texas, Jensen served as a mentor on the Austin Young Women’s Alliance membership committee, volunteered as a Special Olympics swim coach, and regularly supported local road races and triathlons. She also chaired the special events committee for the IREM chapter in Austin. Now in Bend, she looks forward to volunteering this school year at Silver Rail Elementary while raising her son, Jake.
