Graham brings his ‘client first’ professional approach to Compass Commercial and believes strongly that communication, honesty and transparency are critical to the success of any real estate investment. He has been successfully partnering with his clients to achieve and exceed their individual real estate objectives, even during some very challenging economic times.

He joined Compass Commercial in 2013 following more than ten years with CBRE Global Investors, where he advised clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development and repositioning of real estate assets within their investment portfolios. He also assisted in the underwriting and financial analyses for several high profile real estate development projects at Bentall Capital.

Graham has extensive experience working through complicated sale and lease transactions across all product types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family and development land. After nearly a decade with Compass Commercial, Graham has closed over $81,000,000 in sale transactions and has leased over 571,900 square feet of commercial space in Central Oregon.

In 2019, Graham was awarded shareholder at Compass Commercial and became the vice president in 2021 for a two-year term.

Community Involvement

Graham serves as an Advisory Board member at Healing Reins Therapeutic Riding Center and the Board of Advisory Directors of US Bank National Association for Central and Eastern Oregon. He is a former member on the Development Committee for the United Way of Deschutes County.
