Howard is a partner and former president of Compass Commercial. As the Designated Principal Broker, he is responsible for working with company shareholders in all aspects of business development and strategy. Background & Experience
Since joining Compass Commercial in 1999, Howard has sold and leased over $173,000,000 worth of properties. With over 25 years of business ownership, including restaurant business management, he provides clients with a seasoned perspective on the retail and restaurant industry. Howard uses his business background and knowledge of the region to assist clients in the leasing and sales of retail and industrial properties as well as land sales, investment properties and owner/user opportunities.
Community Involvement
Howard is dedicated to giving back to the Central Oregon community through his various volunteering positions. He is the Board Vice Chairman & Retired Coach for Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation (MBSEF). As the President of the Board of Directors for Bethlehem Inn, he also prepares and serves food monthly for the Inn and serves as a Facilities Committee Member. He is also a former Broker of Record for OSU-Cascades Real Estate Consulting Group.
