John Evans is a property manager who works directly with owners to maximize the value of their asset. He coordinates with other property managers and the maintenance team to schedule routine maintenance for managed properties. John familiarized himself with Compass Commercial’s managed properties and their owners while working as a Maintenance Technician with Compass Commercial. After more than five years in the residential and commercial construction industry, he is well versed in the complexities of tenant improvements. John serves as a Captain in the Oregon Army National Guard and commands 48 soldiers while preparing and executing all training requirements. Outside of work, John enjoys mountain biking, camping and snowboarding with his wife. His love of the outdoors is attributed to his childhood growing up in the Silver Valley in Northern Idaho.
