Adam is an entrepreneurial and highly competitive sales professional with 10+ years of experience driving profits, identifying new revenue pipelines, and building client bases through tenacity and exceptional follow-through. His background in sales and his dedication to providing for his clients translate over to his commercial real estate transactions.

Adam has experience with a diverse range of sales. Before joining Compass Commercial in 2017, he gained experience in sales and marketing working for high-end companies such as Paulson Capital Holding Co., Stryker Orthopedics, Whurk, Inc. and Chase Bank, where he worked as a mortgage banker/broker. He is one of the founders of the exclusive wine and social club, The Loft of Bend. During his college career, Adam received academic All-Big XII honors as a member of the football team at the University of Colorado, learning the value of teamwork, excellent communication and leadership. These areas of expertise enhance his role as a commercial real estate broker. Adam left Compass Commercial in 2021 when his family relocated to Boise, and there he joined TOK Commercial. While there he focused on land acquisition and disposition for developers, investors, property owners, and companies looking for new locations. He gained great knowledge on markets outside of the Bend area. We were happy to welcome Adam back in early 2025 when he returned to Central Oregon.

Community Involvement & Interests

Adam currently coaches youth sports in the area, and manages philanthropic donations and events through his private social club, The Loft of Bend.
