Emilio Tiscareno

As a commercial real estate broker, Emilio specializes in investment sales, retail leasing, multifamily acquisitions and business sales. He works closely with clients to identify opportunities that align with their investment and real estate goals, from acquiring and selling income-producing properties to securing retail locations and navigating multifamily transactions. Emilio also assists clients with 1031 exchanges throughout Oregon and across the United States, helping investors evaluate replacement properties and navigate the real estate components of the exchange process.

Emilio joined Compass Commercial in 2022. In 2023, he transitioned full-time to brokerage after working as a Property Coordinator for Compass Commercial’s Property Management division. This prior experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of Central Oregon’s commercial real estate market and helped him build valuable relationships with property owners and tenants.

Before joining Compass Commercial, he served as an accomplished firefighter and paramedic, dedicating over seven years to the municipal fire service in Palo Alto, CA. He was a member of the Palo Alto Fire Department Honor Guard and an official mentor to new firefighters during their initial entrance into the fire service. Emilio was also a trained member of the Critical Incident Stress Management team, ensuring the physical and psychological well-being of his peers after especially traumatic events.
