“I had a really great experience working with Graham Dent on our building purchase, the process was really smooth. I appreciate that he was willing to think outside the box concerning our offer/purchase strategy and it led to a great win.” — Jonathan Brosnan, 62990 18th St. Bend OR
“Graham was very positive in a recovering real estate market and advised us on what we needed to do to our building to achieve our desired results. With our type of property, he was able to achieve the highest price per square foot sale in the Bend area. Graham also performed many tasks for us that we felt took extra effort and time on his part. He was extremely easy to work with and his clients came first. Thanks, Graham for everything.” — Lee Land, Property Manager SDM Investments
“We selected Compass Commercial to sell our downtown Bend real estate because of knowing Steve Toomey and his service in the community plus a reputation of getting the job done. Steve and his associate Graham Dent did not disappoint us as our building sold and closed in three and one half months. We were very satisfied with the service and price we received. We would certainly recommend and use Compass Commercial again.” — Robert and Gail Olsen
