Background & Experience

Graham joined Compass Commercial in 2013 after more than ten years with CBRE Global Investors where he advised clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development and repositioning of real estate assets within their investment portfolios. He also assisted in the underwriting and financial analyses for several high profile real estate development projects at Bendtall Capital. Graham has extensive experience working through complicated sale and lease transactions across all product types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family and development land. He has been successfully partnering with his clients to achieve and exceed their individual real estate objectives, even during some very challenging economic times.

Community Involvement

Graham serves as an Advisory Board member at Healing Reins Therapeutic Riding Center and the Board of Advisory Directors of US Bank National Association for Central and Eastern Oregon. He is a former member on the Development Committee for the United Way of Deschutes County.
