Grant is a highly experienced commercial real estate broker specializing in office, retail and industrial sales and leasing. He leverages his expertise as a broker at Compass Commercial to help his clients buy, sell or lease commercial property. Throughout his career, Grant has successfully closed numerous successful transactions. In 2021, he was part of the broker team to be awarded the EnCOAR Commercial Transaction of the Year award.

Grant joined Compass Commercial in 2017 after honing his skills at Capacity Commercial Group in Portland. Before moving back to Bend, he interned at Cresa Denver, a commercial real estate company based out of Denver, CO.

In 2022, Grant was a recipient of the Cascade Business News Accomplished Under 40 award for his work in the community and with the Humane Society of Central Oregon. He obtained his CCIM designation in April 2023, a prestigious designation given to experts in the commercial real estate field. Grant is also an SIOR designee candidate and will be pursuing the designation.

Community Involvement

Grant is passionate about giving back to the community he grew up in and admires the strong community bond everyone shares. He serves on the Finance Committee and Campus Development Committee with the Humane Society of Central Oregon. In his free time, Grant takes advantage of the outdoor opportunities Bend has to offer, including snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor, camping near the Cascade Lakes and floating the Deschutes River.
