As a broker with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services, Grant works with his clients to help them buy, sell or lease commercial property. Grant joined Compass Commercial in 2017 after working at Capacity Commercial Group in Portland. Before moving back to Bend, he interned at Cresa Denver, a commercial real estate company based out of Denver, CO. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Economics and a minor in Business, specializing in data analytics. He later interned at Cresa Denver. He is a candidate for the CCIM designation and will be pursuing the certification. Grant was a part of the broker team to be awarded largest Sale Transaction of the year in 2021. He also received the EnCOAR Commercial Transaction of the Year award in 2021. In 2022, Grant was a recipient of the Cascade Business News Accomplished Under 40 for his work in the community and with the Central Oregon Humane Society. Grant serves on the Finance Committee and Campus Development Committee with the Humane Society of Central Oregon. In his free time, Grant takes advantage of the outdoor opportunities Bend has to offer, including snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor, camping near the Cascade Lakes and floating the Deschutes River.
