Kristie joined Compass Commercial in 2019 after spending several years in residential real estate in Central Oregon. She partnered with Pat Kesgard, CCIM upon joining the company to strengthen her understanding of the commercial real estate industry. In 2023, she became an independent broker at Compass Commercial. Kristie has a proven track record as a business development professional with a high level of client-focused service, learning from clients about their needs for success in their businesses. Kristie’s adept background in business-to-business and direct-to-consumer sales provides clients with sound council as they work to find individualized commercial real estate spaces. She cultivates relationships through consultative selling to find the perfect property for her clients. Kristie’s experience in management positions provides a perspective to oversee each transaction with excellence. Kristie became active in the community after moving to Bend in 2015. She was a 2020 graduate from the Bend Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Bend Class. Kristie was also elected to join the Healthy Beginnings Board of Directors in 2020, serving the Central Oregon community and its families.
