(BEND, OR) – Stephen Toomey, CCIM and Russell Huntamer with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented Forum Westside, LLC in the lease of 3,650 square feet of retail space in Westside Village strip retail center located at 1288 Simpson, Suites D & E to Anytime Fitness Bend West. The tenant was represented by Daniel Kemp and Bruce Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial. Anytime Fitness is relocating from its current address at 951 SW Simpson Avenue with plans to open in the new space by December 1st, 2012. Compass Commercial’s Construction Services division provided upfront cost estimates for Tenant Improvement and will oversee the construction of those improvements.
“The new location will contribute to, and benefit from, the shared foot traffic of other retailers at the Westside Village Shopping Center,” said Huntamer. “Less than half a mile away from their original location on Simpson, their current customer base won’t have to travel far to the new location.”
