BEND, OR, May 10, 2016 – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce a selection of commercial real estate transactions recently closed by the firm.
Carpenter Revocable Living Trust sold an 8,504 sq. ft. investment property situated on 1.73 acres at 825-885 SW 17th Street in Redmond to David William Schalker. Compass Commercial brokers, Dan Kemp and Peter May, CCIM represented the seller. The transaction value was $1,650,000.
Jerry Norquist sold a 5,513 sq. ft. multifamily property located at 2124 North Flint Avenue in Portland to Trail Runner, LLC. Compass Commercial broker, Graham Dent represented the buyer. The transaction was valued at $1,630,700.
Randall Schoning sold a 16,588 sq. ft. multifamily property located at 1302 Knoxville Boulevard in Bend to Sundog Holdings, LLC. Compass Commercial broker Dan Kemp represented the buyer. The transaction was valued at $1,600,000 ($133,333 per unit).
Carpenter Revocable Living Trust sold a 1.31 acres of commercial land located at 325 SW 17th Street in Redmond to Selco Community Credit Union. Compass Commercial broker, Dan Kemp represented both parties in the transaction valued at $1,050,000.
Moose Girls leased a 6,286 sq. ft. retail space in Cascade Village Shopping Center at 63455 N Highway 97 in Bend from CVSC, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM and Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the lessee in the lease negotiation.
Testamentary Trust of Daisy F. Hudson leased a 6,978 sq. ft. retail property located at 514 NW Franklin Avenue in Bend to L.I.F.T. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR, Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Dan Kemp, broker represented the lessor and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessee.
Nichols Group, LLC sold a 3,104 sq. ft. office building located at 2444 SW Glacier Place in Redmond to PRM Redmond, LLC for a transaction value of $420,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Graham Dent, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the seller.
Bangers and Brews, LLC leased 1,200 sq. ft. of retail space at 1288 SW Simpson Avenue in Bend from Forum Westside LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM represented the lessee in the negotiation of the lease.
Fish Hawk Ventures LLC leased a 2,497 sq. ft. retail space located at 855 NW Wall St. in Bend to Beach Hut Deli. Compass Commercial broker, Howard Friedman, CCIM represented the lessee in the lease negotiation.
Hawthorne Park, LLC leased a 2,022 sq. ft. retail property in Eagle Plaza located at 655 NW Greenwood Avenue in Redmond to Central Oregon Pharmacy and Compounding, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM represented the lessor in the lease negotiation.
