Bend River Promenade to Welcome Natural Grocers to Tenant Mix

Steve Toomey, CCIM and Russell Huntamer with Compass Commercial represented the landlord, RPP Bend I, LLC in the lease of the vacant space formerly occupied by Office Depot and adjacent to TJ Maxx.

Natural Grocers is the latest addition to Bend River Promenade with recent leases signed by Batteries Plus and Complete Nutrition.

“Demand remains strong at Bend River Promenade,” said Huntamer. “Natural Grocers chose the center due its solid tenant mix, centralized location and high traffic counts.   We currently have letters of intent from national tenants pending for the center’s former FedEx location.”

Natural Grocers is a rapidly growing specialty retailer of natural and organic groceries and dietary supplements. Founded in Golden, Colorado in 1955, Natural Grocers has expanded to operate 65 locations with four recent openings and nine locations opening soon.
