Mavericks at Sunriver, located at 18135 Cottonwood Road, sold to Christian Michael for $1,500,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM,Erich Schultz, SIOR, and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented Bank of the Cascades in the disposition of the property.
Brent Goodman sold a 7-unit multifamily building located at 2022 NE Neil Way in Bend to Christine E. Crosby Revocable Trust for $1,050,000. Compass Commercial broker, Joel Thomas represented the seller.
Motorcoach Sales & Service of Oregon, LLC leased a 28,800 square foot industrial building located at 62955 Boyd Acres Road in Bend from S&H Associates, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick represented both parties in the lease negotiation.
Main Line Properties sold a 22,260 square foot hangar located at 4241 SW Aviation Boulevard in Prineville to Cannon Braatz for $430,000. Compass Commercial broker, Robert Raimondi, CCIM represented the seller.
Robertson Price, LLC sold a 2,102 square foot restaurant building situated on .25 acres located at 546 NW 7th Street in Redmond to Robert Hass for $310,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Howard Friedman, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM represented the seller.
Lloyd Olson sold a 4,125 square foot hangar located at 675 “Q” SE Salmon Avenue in Redmond to Kee Ventures, LLC for $206,000. Robert Raimondi, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.
