Central Oregon CRE Update – February Transactions

We are pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in February.

Brokers Daniel Kemp and Peter May, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented Carpenter Revocable Living Trust, the seller, and the buyer Next Development Group, LLC in the sale of the 26,325 square foot building with 1.97 acres of industrial property located at 63830 Clausen Drive in Bend. The transaction was valued at $2,037,000.

Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM brokers at Compass Commercial assisted both Rio Claro LLC the landlord, and Parametrix Inc., tenant, in the lease of a 5,197 square foot office building, located at 150 NW Pacific Park Lane in Bend.

Broker Graham Dent of Compass Commercial represented PG Long Floorcovering LLC in the leasing of 5,650 square feet of office space located at 545 SE Bridgeford Boulevard in Bend. Brokers Herb Arathoon, CPM® and Luke Ross, also of Compass Commercial, represented the landlord.

Compass Commercial broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM represented Sheri G. Morris, DVM in leasing 2,475 square feet of industrial space located at 63042 Plateau Drive in Bend. Hammerquist Properties, LLC, the landlord was represented by Compass Commercial broker Howard Friedman, CCIM.

Brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick of Compass Commercial represented tenant, Woodright Cabinets, LLC in leasing 13,000 square feet of industrial space located at 20515 Murray Road in Bend.

Compass Commercial brokers John Keba, CPM® and Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the landlord, Brookswood Meadow, LLC in the lease transaction for 1,948 square feet of retail space at 19570 Amber Meadow Drive in Bend to The Dailey Method® barre studio.

Brokers Jay Lyons, CCIM, and Graham Dent of Compass Commercial represented the landlord, in the lease of 1,550 square feet of office space located at 106 NW Wall Street in Bend.

Dan Kemp, broker for Compass Commercial, represented the landlord, Hershey Cattle Co. in a lease transaction for 2,722 square foot retail space at the Chelsea Square building, located at 845 SW Veterans Way in Redmond.

Jay Lyons, CCIM and Erich Schultz, SIOR of Compass Commercial represented the landlord, OMP, LLC in the lease transaction for 1,076 square feet of retail space located at 400 SW Bluff Drive in Bend. Payne West Insurance, the tenant, was represented by Dan Kemp, broker also of Compass Commercial.

The Hershey Cattle Co. was represented in the lease of Chelsea Square building suite by Compass Commercial broker Dan Kemp. The space is 1,329 square feet of retail space located at 845 SW Veterans Way in Redmond. The tenant, John L. Scott Real Estate, was represented by broker Graham Dent of Compass Commercial in the transaction.
