Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce a selection of commercial transactions closed by the firm in November.

The 8,551 square foot industrial building located at 61579 American Loop in Bend has been purchased by 2K Holdings, LLC. Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented the buyer. The property was sold by WDF Living Trust of 1995 for $965,000.

Jay Lyons, CCIM and Graham Dent, broker of Compass Commercial and Jay Scholl of CBRE represented Aspen Education Group in the sale of the former Mount Bachelor Academy, located outside of Prineville. The buyers were represented by brokers Stephen Toomey, CCIM and Joel Thomas of Compass Commercial. The sale included the campgrounds with a total of 42 buildings located on 53.3 acres in the Ochoco National Forest and was valued at $950,000.

Robert Raimondi, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented the landlord Direct Business Center and Gary Tharp in the lease transaction of a 6,000 square foot of the 15,000 square foot industrial building located at 20505 Robal Road in Bend. Lumber Liquidators will lease the property for 7 years.

Joel Thomas, broker of Compass Commercial represented T&T Marketing in leasing a 6,880 square foot office space from Deschutes Property located at 336 SW Cyber Drive in Bend.

Christopher Thelan of Sundog Holdings purchased an airport hangar at the Bend Municipal Airport that includes 6,000 square feet of space. The property was purchased for $440,000 from Leonard Peverieri. Dan Kemp, broker of Compass Commercial represented the buyer.

Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented the Anthony Monteverdi in the lease of a 2,630 square foot office space at 339 SW Century Drive in Bend from KTMD Properties.

Dan Kemp, broker and Peter May, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented the seller, Hammerstone Land, LLC in the sale of Lot 5 at 932 SE 4th Court in Redmond. The lot is 0.59 acres. The transaction was valued at $89,646.

Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented Hill Street General Partnership to lease their 645 square foot property at 720 NW Hill Street in Bend to Penny Lash, LLC.

Herb Arathoon, CPM® of Compass Commercial represented the landlords, Mallery Family Trust in the lease renewal of a 3,132 square foot industrial space located at 62999 Layton Avenue in Bend.  The space is occupied by Cascade Painting & Design.
