Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce a selection of commercial real estate transactions recently closed by the firm.

Talents LLC sold a 19,102 sq. ft. office building situated on a 69,696 sq. ft. lot at 63088 18th Street in Bend to Mid Oregon Federal Credit Union. Compass Commercial’s Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented the seller and Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, CCIM and Darren Powderly, CCIM represented the buyer. The transaction value was $3,450,000.

Bellatrix Properties LLC sold two mixed-use buildings totaling approximately 14,000 sq. ft. situated on 1.24 acres at 1015 SW Emkay Drive in Bend to Rivers East LLC. Compass Commercial’s Howard Friedman, CCIM represented the seller and Ron Ross, CCIM represented the buyer. The transaction was valued at $2,000,000.

Humm Kombucha LLC leased a 31,382 sq. ft. industrial building located at 20720 Brinson Blvd. in Bend. Compass Commercial brokers Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil, CCIM represented the tenant and Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented the landlord (undisclosed) in the negotiation of the lease.

Arthur P. Willett & Pineridge Apartments, LLC sold Sun Garden Apartments, an 11-unit multifamily property situated on approximately ½ an acre of land at 1334 NE Purcell Blvd. in Bend to Mike McComb in a 1031 Exchange transaction valued at $1,160,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM represented the seller.

Wildhorse Harley Davidson renewed its lease of a 19,029 sq. ft. retail property located at 63028 NE Sherman Road in Bend from 10th Avenue Property LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Robert Raimondi, CCIM and Luke Ross, Broker represented the landlord in the lease negotiation.

St. Charles Health System, Inc. sold a 5,782 sq. ft. office building situated on 1.38 acres at 76 NE 12th Street in Madras to Madras Medical Group for a transaction value of $642,000. Compass Commercial’s Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the seller.

John and Genie Nichols sold a 2,842 sq. ft. multifamily building located on 4,356 sq. ft. of land at 1399 NE Elk Court in Bend to Sundog Holdings LLC for a transaction valued at $375,000. Compass Commercial broker, Dan Kemp represented the buyer.

NAVIS has leased a 4,180 sq. ft. office located at 705 SW Bonnet Way in Bend from Deschutes Properties LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM and Darren Powderly, CCIM represented the lessor, and Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessee in the lease negotiation.

Bend Winsupply Co. renewed its lease of a 12,600 sq. ft. industrial building situated on 3.68 acres at 1320 SE Armour Road in Bend from Shep East LLC. Compass Commercial’s Asset & Property Management brokers, Luke Ross and Herb Arathoon, CPM® represented the lessor in the lease negotiation.

Allegiant Partners Incorporated leased a 3,860 sq. ft. office located at 63056 Lower Meadow Drive in Bend from Freund/Spencer Investment Group. Compass Commercial brokers, Graham Dent, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessee in the lease negotiation.
