St. Charles Health System, Inc. leased a 16,500 square foot office property located at 1230 NE 3rd Street in Bend from ROS, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the tenant in the lease negotiation.
Compass Commercial brokers, Herb Arathoon, CPM and Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented an undisclosed seller in the sale of a 14,280 square foot industrial building situated on 40,946 square feet of land at 2122 SW Deerhound Avenue in Redmond for $900,000. The buyer, Scharpf Investments, LLC was represented by Compass Commercial’s Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil, CCIM.
Kyle Frisinger, DMD PC leased a 2,133 square foot retail property located at 845 SW 17th Street in Redmond from David Schalker. Compass Commercial brokers, Daniel Kemp and Peter May, CCIM represented the tenant in the lease negotiation.
Williamson Trust sold a 2,500 square foot retail building located at 329 SW 6th Street in Redmond to Parkway Properties for a transaction value of $229,000. Compass Commercial broker, Graham Dent represented the seller.
