Compass Commercial announces transactions closed in June

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces a selection of notable transactions closed by the brokerage in June.

Brokers, Darren Powderly, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the seller, Diamond P, LLC and buyer, James M. Beeger and Jeannette M. Beeger Trust in the sale of a 24,690 square foot industrial building at 1611 SW 1st Street in Redmond, Oregon.  The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

In a separate transaction, Compass Commercial broker, Graham Dent along with Schultz, Powderly and Lyons represented Anthony B. Wahlberg in the purchase of a 19,425 square foot industrial building situated on 1.59 acres of land at 1950 SW Badger Avenue in Redmond from Vmb Properties, LLC for a transaction value of $1,000,000. 

Other notable June transactions include the following:

Compass Commercial previously announced Cedarwood Holdings sold a 33,000 square foot multifamily property located 427 NE Thurston Avenue in Bend to Orchard Park Apartments, LLC for $2,200,000. Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil, broker represented the seller.

Sage Springs, LLC sold 5.31 acres of residential land at the northeast corner of Ross Road and Boyd Acres Road in Bend to KWDS, LLC for $900,000. The buyer plans to develop apartments on the property. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, CCIM, and Darren Powderly, CCIM represented the seller in the transaction.

Cascade Sotheby’s renewed its lease of 20,844 square feet of office space at 650 SW Bond Street from Millview Properties.  Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the landlord in the negotiation of the terms.

Synergy Investments, LLC sold a 6,000 square foot office building situated on 26,789 square feet of land at 13966 West Wainwright in Boise, Idaho to a private investor as part of a 1031 Exchange.  Compass Commercial’s Terry O’Neil, broker and Ron Ross, CCIM represented the buyer in the transaction that was valued at $767,000.

Smart Solutions renewed its lease of a 5,547 square foot office at 450 SW Powerhouse Drive from River Shops SPE, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the tenant in the negotiation of the lease.

Compass Commercial previously announced Komlofske Family Trust sold a 16,360 square foot industrial building located at 63229 Nels Anderson Road (formerly occupied by Cash & Carry) to Bend FDC, LLC Compass Commercial’s Patrick Kesgard, CCIM and Stephen Toomey, CCIM represented the seller in the transaction that was valued at $525,000.  

Gray West, LLC sold a 3,470 square foot retail/restaurant building located at 939 SE 2nd Street to Hideaway Tavern, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM and Howard Friedman, CCIM represented both parties in the transaction that was valued at $470,000.

Lorraine Nelson, LLC sold three small retail buildings situated on two tax lots totaling 20,909 square feet at 601 & 619 NE Greenwood Avenue to Dave J. Smejkal in a transaction that was valued at $345,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Terry O’Neil and Ron Ross, CCIM represented the seller and Peter May, CCIM represented the buyer.
