Compass Commercial Closes Two Bank Owned Parcels for a Combined $1.18 Million

BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the sale of Larry’s RV facility location, an 8,448 square foot industrial property situated on 1.79 acres at 20630 Grandview Drive on the north end of town. The site was bank owned with Mid Oregon Credit Union and sold for a transaction value of $830,000.

Darren Powderly, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented Mid Oregon Credit Union in the sale and Dennis Kerr of Kerr Commercial represented the buyer, KALM Properties, LLC.

In a simultaneous transaction, Ron Ross, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented Columbia State Bank in the sale of 2.7 acres of commercial land adjacent to the Grandview parcel to the same buyer for a transaction value of $350,000.

“We were able to attract a buyer with a similar use for the industrial/automotive property and were able to satisfy the buyer’s additional need with Ron’s adjacent land listing to the north, which sold in tandem with our listing,” said Lyons. “Mid Oregon Credit Union was excellent to work with from beginning to end and we greatly appreciate their confidence in us to get the job done.”
