BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces a selection of lease transactions to close in November 2012.
Quiltsmart, Inc., a maker of quilting supplies and accessories relocated from Minnesota and signed a 3,000 square foot lease at 63032 Lower Meadow Drive in Bend. Robert Raimondi with Compass Commercial represented the landlord and Jay Lyons, CCIM also with Compass Commercial represented the tenant.
Storage by the Size, LLC, a new storage company that specializes in large and small item storage on a weekly or monthly basis has signed a new 20,000 square foot sublease and opened at the site previously occupied by Advanced Energy Industries, Inc., at 63595 Hunnell Road in Bend. Robert Raimondi with Compass Commercial represented the tenant and Pat Kesgard, CCIM also with Compass Commercial represented the sub-lessor.
BANDIT’S LLC, a sandwich and Lotto shop, has leased 1,635 square feet which was all of the former Sassy’s sandwich location at 3113 S Hwy 97 in Redmond. Robert Raimondi with Compass Commercial represented the tenant and landlord in the transaction.
Best Care Treatment Services, Inc., an outpatient alcohol and drug treatment company, signed a new lease for 5,063 square feet at Black Bear Square located at 340 NW 5th Street in Redmond for a new patient and administrative office. Robert Raimondi and Peter May, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the landlord and Terry O’Neil also with Compass Commercial represented the tenant.
