Compass Commercial Represents BestCare in Lease Expansion

REDMOND, OR – BestCare Treatment Services, a Central Oregon-based provider of compassionate care in the treatment and prevention of addiction and mental illness has leased a 5,063 square foot free standing building located at 340 NW 5th Street in Redmond, OR, above the Black Bear Diner, to accommodate its Redmond outpatient services and expansion of its administrative offices.

“From our perspective, it offers a very high-quality, centrally located and professional environment for our Redmond outpatient services,” noted BestCare Executive Director Rick Treleaven. “Additionally, we have been able to unite our disparate administrative staff into a single facility. There is a great conference room to allow a more comfortable atmosphere for BestCare staff to develop successful strategies.”

“The tenant is relocating from its existing Redmond facilities to increase exposure and have additional space to grow,” said Terry O’Neil, a broker with Compass Commercial who represented BestCare in the lease negotiation while working as a broker with Lowes Commercial.

O’Neil noted that BestCare’s main priority was to find a space with increased size and visibility. The outpatient treatment facility and the administrative offices moved into their new, combined space last week.

Compass Commercial brokers, Robert Raimondi and Peter May, CCIM represented the lessor, Redmond Commercial Group in the negotiation. In addition, Compass Commercial Development Services managed the design and construction of tenant improvements for the building owner.
