Compass Commercial Represents Sun Forest Construction in Relocation to Old Mill District

Sun ForestBEND, ORSun Forest Construction is relocating its offices to 803 SW Industrial Way, Suites 204 and 205 in the Old Mill District.

Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented  Sun Forest in the sale of their building at 209 NE Greenwood to 209G Properties, LLC. Kesgard also represented the buyer in the transaction.

Sun Forest had been located at NE Greenwood Avenue since 2005 and won the “Outstanding Commercial Renovation and Enhancement to the Greenwood Corridor” recognition for their exterior design and remodeling work on the building.

Following the sale, Ross and Kesgard worked with Sun Forest to locate and lease their new home on Industrial Way; Kesgard also represented the landlord, Riverfront Properties II, LLC in the negotiation. Sun Forest will officially move to 803 SW Industrial Way on May 15, 2013
