BEND, OR, April 27, 2016 – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services, Central Oregon’s foremost-accredited commercial real estate services firm is pleased to announce the addition of Kerri Standerwick as broker at the Bend based firm.
Standerwick brings with her a combined 25 years of experience in private and commercial banking and lending. She joins the company most recently from Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate LLC in Bend.
Previously, Standerwick was vice president, commercial relationship manager for Home Federal Bank where she managed a diverse portfolio of lending relationships. Prior to her position at Home Federal, she worked at Wells Fargo Bank as vice president, private banking manager and held additional roles in banking and underwriting at the company’s offices in Bend and Portland.

Standerwick and her family relocated to Bend in 2005 after vacationing in the area for many years. She is an active member of the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Bend Habitat for Humanity and is a member of the City of Bend Affordable Housing Committee.
