Compass Commercial Announces Recent Transactions – March 2014

BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces a selection of transactions represented by the brokerage in March.

Main Line Properties sold two industrial buildings for a combined 13,800 square feet located at 1331 NE 1st Street in Bend to Cox Properties Holding Company, LLC. The transaction was valued at $825,000. Erich Schultz, SIOR and Howard Friedman, CCIM represented the seller.

Deschutes Ridge Business Park, LLC leased a 4,500 square foot office located at 999 SW Disk Drive in Bend to SAIF Corporation. Erich Schultz, SIOR, Howard Friedman, CCIM and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessor. Gardner Williams, SIOR represented the lessee.

Kirkpatrick, Knop et al. leased a 29,800 square foot industrial property located at 131 SE 9th Street in Bend to GTS Interior Supply. Howard Friedman, CCIM and Russell Huntamer represented the lessor and Herb Arathoon, CPM® represented the lessee.

NLD Title, LLC sold a 4,500 square foot retail/office building located at 112 SE Court Avenue in Pendleton to Peggy Hershey in a transaction valued at $525,000. Dan Kemp and Bruce Kemp, CCIM represented the buyer in the transaction.

UBS Financial Services, Inc. renewed its lease on 5,152 square feet of office space located at 600 SW Columbia Street, Suite 6210 in Bend with Deschutes Properties, LLC. John Keba, CPM® ARM® represented the lessor and Erich Schultz, SIOR represented the lessee.

Diamond P, LLC leased a 6,000 square foot industrial property located at 1611 SW 1st Street in Bend to Postal Connections. Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessor and Graham Dent represented the lessee.
