Broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM, represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale of a 6,400 SF air hangar located at the Bend Municipal Airport. The seller was Twin Oaks Aircraft Maintenance, LLC and the buyer was Mallo Family Rev Trust. The sale closed for $801,930.
