BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the sale of the former Combined Communications Radio Station facility located at 711 NE Butler Market Road to Full Access, a local nonprofit. The transaction was valued at $545,000.
Pat Kesgard, CCIM, principal broker with Compass Commercial represented Combined Communications in the sale of the building. In 2008, Kesgard sold Combined Communications its current station facility located at 63088 NE 18th Street.
The 6,000 square foot building on Butler Market Road is situated on nearly 39,000 square feet of land and features executive offices, a conference room, smaller private offices and a larger area for trainings or cubicle offices.
Full Access is an organization that helps clients with developmental disabilities exercise control in pursuing, developing, achieving, and maintaining a quality of life consistent with their preferences and choices. The nonprofit has offices in Eugene, Cottage Grove and Madras and will relocate its current Bend location on NE Revere to the new facility.
