Compass Commercial took on the leasing and property management assignment for this five-building project coming out of the Great Recession. At that time, the Mill Point Business Campus was approximately 34% vacant with an additional 14% leased but unoccupied.
Our brokerage and property management teams worked together to reposition the property by improving energy saving measures and operating efficiencies which lowered the CAM charges for tenants thus improving the property’s competitive position in the market. Within 36 months the property was fully leased. Compass Commercial Construction Services contributed to the success of the property by building out high quality improvements for multiple tenants.
