Redevelopment Planned for Former Cash & Carry Site

BEND, ORE. – (June 23, 2014) Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces the sale of a 16,360 square foot industrial building formerly occupied by Cash & Carry grocery outlet at 63229 Nels Anderson Road for a transaction value of $525,000.

Compass Commercial’s Patrick Kesgard, CCIM and Stephen Toomey, CCIM represented Komlofske Family Trust in the sale of the building to Bend FDC, LLC.

The buyer plans to redevelop the building and its 49,223 square foot lot into industrial units for smaller users.  “Designs for the property include a shared dock high door which is hard to find in Central Oregon, particularly with smaller spaces,” noted Kesgard.  The owner estimates they will be ready to lease space in by August.
