BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that Keystone Partners, LLC, the landlord for Franklin Crossing has leased a 4,679 square foot office space to Sanitation Strategies, LLC, a leading hygienic solutions provider to the life science and food processing marketplace. The company is relocating from Holt, Michigan to Bend.
With Sanitation Strategies’ lease of the space, the landmark building located at the corner of Bond Streetand Franklin Avenue is now 86% leased. Out of Franklin Crossing’s 74,495 total rentable square feet, only 10,075 square feet remain available for lease.
“Ten years ago I came to Bend for an area sales meeting, and I immediately fell in love with the community,” said Sherman McDonald, President of Sanitation Strategies. “Finally, after subsequent visits, we made the decision to move here and move our business. We are thrilled to be in the gorgeous space in Franklin Crossing which gives us an opportunity to be part of the energy in downtown Bend.”
Sanitation Strategies has a sales and service team throughout 17 states and will employ five people at its new corporate headquarters and administrative office. McDonald said the company hopes to double in size over the next 3-5 years. In addition to the specialty chemical company, McDonald’s business includes managing three e-commerce sites: www.sanitationtools.com, www.sanitizingwipes.com and www.testkitcentral.com. The company’s warehouse fulfillment will remain in Michigan.
