Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management continues to grow, welcoming Trey Deslauriers to the team as a property manager assistant. Trey comes to Bend from Anchorage, Alaska bringing three years of experience in commercial property management, brokerage, residential property management and HOAs. He specializes in property management, leasing and anticipating areas of concern, particularly multiseasonal care for clients’ commercial properties.
In his work with commercial properties, Trey has overseen maintenance, owner/tenant relations, day-to-day operations and management of commercial real estate portfolios, tenant improvements and new tenant acquisition. Each of these areas of expertise and experience will help to serve our commercial property management clients. Trey is currently working on attaining his Oregon broker license.
Trey’s community involvement in Anchorage included being a camp counselor at a school-aged child care facility and coaching little league baseball. Since moving to Bend, he has joined a men’s softball league and has plans to play ice hockey and spend his free time during the winter months at Mt. Bachelor. He will be a volunteer coach for children’s ice hockey and is looking forward to getting more involved in the community and spending time outdoors in Central Oregon.
