Central Oregon Commercial Real Estate – June 2015 Transaction Update

BEND, OR (July 11, 2015)Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces the following notable transactions closed in June. The confidentiality requested by our clients is of the utmost importance and as such, not all of last month’s transactions are included in this update.

Boyer Properties, LLC sold an 18,080 square foot retail property situated on 66,211 square feet of land at 1735 NE Highway 20 in Bend to WWC Investments Bend, LLC for an undisclosed value. Compass Commercial brokers, Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Peter May, CCIM and Darren Powderly, CCIM represented the buyer.

Bahr Family Revocable Trust sold a 22,430 square foot industrial property situated on 69,696 square feet of land at 2470 NE 2nd Street in Bend to Trail Runner, LLC. Compass Commercial broker, Graham Dent represented both parties in the transaction valued at $1,570,100. 

Keith Kitchen sold 40-acres of land at 19273 Innes Market Road in Bend to Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch for $1,350,000.  Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the buyer.

In the Breeze leased a 24,749 square foot industrial property located at 63075 NE 18th Street in Bend from East Empire – Bend LP. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM and Gardner Williams, SIOR represented the lessor in the negotiation of the lease.

Century Pacific Corporation sold 18,731 square feet of land at 144 SW Crowell Way in Bend to Christopher Green for a transaction value of $400,000. Compass Commercial’s Darren Powderly, CICM, Joel Thomas, Broker, Jay Lyons, CCIM and Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented the seller.

Home Instead Senior Care leased a 4,125 square foot office located at 296 SW Columbia Street, Suite C in Bend from Brooks Building LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessee.

Axel Hoch sold a 3,330 square foot restaurant building located at 380 N. Main Street in Prineville to Hugh E. Barker for a transaction value of $257,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Joel Thomas represented the seller.

Maverick Leather Company leased a 5,000 square foot industrial property located at 63055 Corporate Place, Suite 6 in Bend from LBLM Investments, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessee.
