Compass Commercial Announces May 2016 Transactions

BEND, OR, June 2, 2016 – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce a selection of commercial real estate transactions recently closed by the firm.

The Pauls Corporation sold Ridgewater, a 1000-acre residential development located at Highway 140 and Lakeshore Drive in Klamath Falls, Oregon to Trinity Asset Holdings Co. LLC for $1,700,000. Compass Commercial broker Dan Kemp represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.

Shirley V. Ray LLC sold a 4,532 sq. ft. industrial building situated on 1.09 acres at 625 SE 9th Street in Bend to Patchett Revocable Trust for $649,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM, Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Dan Kemp represented the seller.

Tactics Boardshop leased a 2,597 sq. ft. retail property located at 933 NW Wall Street in Bend from The O’Donnell Building, LLC.  Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the landlord and tenant in the lease negotiation.

Cascade Insurance Center, LLC leased a 3,209 sq. ft. office located at 1201 NW Wall Street in Bend from Riverpointe on Wall, LLC.  Compass Commercial brokers, Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick represented the tenant in the lease negotiation.

Michi Designs leased a 10,000 sq. ft. industrial property located at 601 E. Antler Avenue in Redmond from Maynard Alves. Compass Commercial brokers, Robert Raimondi, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM represented the landlord and tenant in the lease negotiation.

3 Sisters Wellness Clinic leased a 2,270 sq. ft. office located at 2955 N. Highway 97 in Bend from River’s Edge Investments, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM and Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the landlord in the lease negotiation.

Aperion Management Group, LLC renewed its lease of 3,500 sq. ft. of office space located at 20310 Empire Avenue in Bend from Deschutes Properties, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, John Keba CPM®, ARM® represented the landlord, and Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the tenant in the lease negotiation.  In a related transaction, Aperion Management Group, LLC leased an additional 1,920 sq. ft. office also located in Empire Corporate Park from Deschutes Properties, LLC. Compass Commercial’s Ron Ross, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the landlord, and Schultz and Lyons represented the tenant in the lease negotiation.

The Silver Otter leased a 1,395 sq. ft. retail property located at 2550 – 2680 NE Highway 20 in Bend from Forum Holdings, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM represented the landlord and tenant in the lease negotiation.
