The 22,430 square ft. industrial building located at 2470 NE 2nd Street in Bend was sold for $2,080,000. Broker Graham Dent of Compass Commercial represented the seller, Trail Runner LLC, in the transaction.
Broker Joel Thomas of Compass Commercial represented Hoss Babaie of SCD Bend in signing a lease with Wyndham Resort and Development Corp. for the 19,963 sq. ft. restaurant and conference center at Seventh Mountain Resort located at 18575 SW Century Drive in Bend. The space has been vacant for about 2 years. The newly revamped restaurant and conference center are set to open later this winter.
Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council in the acquisition of 1.19 acres located 777 SW Kalama Avenue in Redmond. The seller, Johnnie E. Ertle II and Vicki Ertle and Douglas F. Berry, M.D., Profit Sharing Plan and Trust, was unrepresented. The property transaction was valued at $767,884.
Bend Area Habitat for Humanity sold their building located at 1860 NE 4th Street. The seller was represented in the sale by Howard Friedman, CCIM.
The lease for the 14,026 sq. ft. industrial building located at 1320 SE Armour Road in Bend has been renewed. Brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick of Compass Commercial along with Travis Price of CBRE, Inc. represented the tenant, Bend Winsupply Co. Property manager-brokers Herb Arathoon, CPM® and Luke Ross represented the landlord Shep East, LLC in the lease transaction.
Bestcare Treatment Services purchased the 2,573 sq. ft. residential property on 1.34 acres at 1470 NW 4th Street in Redmond from the Robert L. & Pauline M. Unger Rev Trust. The buyer was represented by Compass Commercial broker Terry O’Neil, CCIM. The sale transaction was valued at $521,919.
Di Pizza & Wings signed a lease on the 3,588 sq. ft. commercial space in Frank’s Landing shopping center located at 3835 SW 21st Place off Highway 97 in Redmond. Compass Commercial brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM represented Di Pizza.
Brokers Ron Ross, CCIM, Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick represented Sun Forest Construction, LTD in the sale of multiple residential lots in the IronHorse subdivision in Prineville. One transaction included 15 lots sold for $240,000. In another transaction, the aforementioned brokers and Sun Forest Construction sold 13 lots for $217,000, and Compass Commercial broker Steve Toomey, CCIM represented the buyer. The average lot size in both transactions was approximately 6,700 sq. ft.
Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM represented the landlord, Forum Holdings, LLC, on the lease agreement for Sew Many Quilts to rent 2550–2680 NE Highway 20 for 5,378 sq. ft. retail space.
Land zoned for industrial use was sold to JACOPO Holdings at a value of $165,000. The land is two acres and is located at parcel 2, PP 2006-49 in Prineville. Broker Terry O’Neil, CCIM represented the buyer.
Broker Howard Friedman, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented the tenant, Nancy Doster and Susan Kolb, in leasing 1,898 sq. ft. office space at 497 SW Century Drive in Bend. The landlords at Tennant & Taylor, LLC was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM.
St. Charles Health System, Inc. has leased 1,980 sq. ft. of medical office space at Redmond Professional Center. The property, located at 916 SW 17th Street, is owned by Highland Avenue Medical, LLC. Both the tenant and landlord were represented by brokers Howard Friedman, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM of Compass Commercial.
Restaurant Global Fusion, LLC was represented by broker Howard Friedman, CCIM of Compass Commercial in the lease of 1075 NW Newport Avenue in Bend. The 1,159 sq. ft. location is under lease with the Ann Evensen Trust.
Premier Mortgage Resources entered into a lease agreement with Hurley Re PC for the property at 747 SW Mill View Way in Bend. The landlord of the 2,240 sq. ft. office space was represented by Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Gardner Williams, SIOR of Compass.
