We are pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in January.

Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM, brokers at Compass Commercial represented the landlord in leasing 30,154 sq. ft. of the Crane Shed Commons building located at 721 SW Industrial Way in Bend. Compass Commercial broker Gardner Williams, SIOR and Maury Gentile of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant. The property is 65% leased.

Brokers Jay Lyons, CCIM and Erich Schultz, SIOR of Compass Commercial represented the seller, Brooks Resources Corporation in the sale of 0.9 acres zoned for mixed employment in NorthWest Crossing located on the southwest corner of NW Lolo Drive and NW York Drive. The transaction was valued at $535,000.

Russell Huntamer, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented the tenant, Curtis Restaurant Equipment, in leasing 7,880 sq. ft. of industrial space at 20671 High Desert Lane in Bend. The landlord, Business Systems Management Trust, was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Howard Friedman, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM.

Brokers Jay Lyons, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented, Ward Grover Properties, LLCP, the buyer on the sale of the office building located at 354 NE Irving Avenue in Bend. The transaction for the 1,200 sq. ft. office building was valued at $310,000.

Gardner Williams, SIOR of Compass Commercial represented the tenant, Premiere Property Group in the leasing of 2,596 sq.ft. of office space located at 1133 NW Wall Street.

Brokers Dan Kemp and Peter May, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented both the buyer, Becker Holdings, LLC, and seller, Hammerstone Land, LLC, in the sale of 1.33 acres in the industrial park located at 941 SE 4th Court in Redmond. The transaction was valued at $201,729.

Ewing Irrigation renewed their lease. Broker Herb Arathoon, CPM® represented the landlord for the lease renewal of industrial space located at 20525 Robal Lane in Bend. The rentable space is 6,000 sq.ft. that sits on a 1.40 acre lot.

Base Camp Studio signed a lease to rent a 2,240 sq. ft. building at 2525 NE Studio Road in Bend. Compass Commercial broker Joel Thomas represented the landlord in the lease transaction.

Brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick of Compass Commercial represented Dickson Hatfield, LLC, in leasing 1,499 sq. ft. of office space located at 400 SW Bluff Drive in Bend. The landlord, OMP, LLC was represented by Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM of Compass Commercial.

Jay Lyons, CCIM and Erich Schultz, SIOR of Compass Commercial represented New Cingular Wireless, LLC in their lease renewal for 2,738 sq. ft. of office space located at 233 SW Wilson Avenue in Bend.
