We are pleased to announce the promotion of three of its long-standing team members.
Sandi Mickel has been promoted to the position of office manager. She came to the company with a background in the title and escrow industry and has served as the front desk receptionist and administrative assistant since 2008. She also serves the brokers in their day-to-day transactional business and keeps the office in compliance with state regulations.
Her diverse administrative skills and willingness to learn and develop new skills make her an invaluable asset to Compass Commercial. The team is looking forward to her continued growth with the company.
Lisa Nielsen has been with Compass Commercial since 2005, working as a member of the marketing team. She started as a senior graphic designer and worked her way up to creative director and has recently been promoted to marketing director.
Lisa leads the development and implementation of the company’s marketing plan, sets branding standards, coordinates marketing efforts across multiple divisions, oversees advertising and community outreach, and provides leadership for the marketing team which includes Ellisse Dickey, Senior Designer and Ruth Shilling, Marketing Specialist.
Ellisse Dickey, who joined the firm in 2013 as a graphic designer, has been promoted to Senior Designer. Over the past year, she has taken on more responsibility, overseeing larger scope projects, planning corporate events, and taking corporate headshots and property photos used in marketing collateral. She does all this while maintaining her flyer design work, website maintenance, ad creation and marketing proposal creation. This is no small feat with 24 licensed brokers in the firm.
