Stephen Toomey, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the buyer that has plans to develop a Springhill Suites hotel on the site. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Joel Thomas, Broker of Compass Commercial represented the seller, Fortuna Land & Trade, LLC and buyer, Roman Catholic Bishop of DOB in the sale and purchase of a 12,090 square foot church building located at 641 SW Umatilla Avenue in Redmond. The transaction was valued at $1,200,000.

The transaction was valued at $650,000.
