Thursday, January 17th representatives from the Compass Commercial team attended the COBA 2018 Excellence Awards, hosted at the Bend Golf & Country Club. The evening event was sponsored by Amerititle, International Wood Products, Parr Lumber and many other businesses and organizations from the Central Oregon community. Among more than 20 awards given, Compass Commercial was awarded Realtor of the Year. The award was sponsored by PrimeLending.
Regarding the award, partner and principal broker Pat Kesgard stated, “Compass Commercial is honored to have received this prestigious award from COBA. While Compass sells multi-family, but not single family homes, we do work closely with the land owners to help provide land inventory for redevelopment for both multifamily and residential developments. COBA has continually provided builders and developers with services that facilitate the industry and Compass is proud to be an active member of COBA.”
