Central Oregon CRE Update – December Transactions

We are pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm during December 2018.

The Scanlon Building, a 12,395 square foot, two-story office building on 0.76 acre, located at 300 SW Columbia Street in Bend has sold. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented both Clise Realty, Inc., the seller, and Paul and Tanya Alston, the buyers, while Compass Commercial broker Peter May, CCIM also represented the buyers. The transaction was valued at $3,445,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Bruce Churchill represented Kevin Spencer, the seller of the 11,500 square foot industrial building located at 20790 High Desert Lane in Bend. Broker Joel Thomas, CCIM also of Compass Commercial represented Bayard Fox, the buyer. The transaction was valued at $2,300,000.

Broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Direct Business Center, LLC in the purchase of a 5,000 square foot retail building located on 0.88 acre at 1502 Farmerville Highway in Ruston, Louisiana. The transaction was valued at $1,000,000.

Herb Arathoon, CPM®, broker of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management represented the buyer in the purchase of the 3,357 square foot residential property located at 19165 Park Commons Drive in Bend. The sale price was $847,100.

Deschutes County Property Management leased a 5,601 square foot office suite located at 1550 NE Williamson Boulevard in Bend. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Joel Thomas, CCIM represented the landlord, CT Woodard Properties, LLC. Bruce Churchill, broker of Compass Commercial represented the tenant.

Broker Dan Kemp of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant Payne West Insurance in leasing a 3,629 square foot office suite located at 606 NW Arizona Avenue in Bend.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Joel Thomas, CCIM and Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the seller of the 2,505 square foot Pizza Hut restaurant located at 1505 NE 3rd Street in Prineville. The transaction was valued at $375,000.

Joel Thomas, CCIM broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, CT Woodard Properties, LLC in the lease of a 3,128 square foot office suite located at 1550 NE Williamson Boulevard in Bend to Center for Autism Related Disorders.

Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management’s Paul Weaver, Regional Property Manager represented the landlord, Deschutes Center, Bendor, LLC in the lease of a 3,140 square foot industrial suite located at 20354 Empire Avenue in Bend.

Bend Cryo and Recovery leased a 1,710 square foot light industrial suite located at 2797 NW Clearwater Drive in Bend. The tenant was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Russell Huntamer, CCIM. The landlord, CT Woodard Properties, LLC was represented by Joel Thomas, CCIM broker of Compass Commercial.

The 10,000 square foot industrial building located at 688 SW Veterans Way in Redmond was leased to Crescent Electrical Supply Co. The tenant was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Joel Thomas, CCIM. The landlord, Redmond Ventures, LLC was represented by Compass Commercial broker Graham Dent.

Herb Arathoon, CPM® of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management represented the landlord, Boyd Acres Joint Ventures, LLC in the lease 3 industrial spaces totaling 6,000 square feet, located at 62980 Boyd Acres Road in Bend.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented the tenant, Flowers Baking Co. of Portland, LLC in the lease of a 2,351 square foot industrial suite located at 20729 Carmen Loop in Bend.

Brokers Dan Kemp and Peter May, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord Ridge Runner, LLC in the lease of a 6,500 square foot industrial suite located at 4620 SW 23rd Street in Redmond. Compass Commercial broker Adam Bledsoe represented the tenant Mission Statement Homes.
