Compass Commercial brokers Ron Ross CCIM, Erich Schultz SIOR, Jay Lyons CCIM and Terry O’Neil represented the seller.
Structus Properties, LLC sold a 50,057 +/- square foot industrial building situated on 2.43 acres of land at 20870 Redside Court in Bend to Peter T. Coakley Trust. The transaction was valued at $4,500,000. Compass Commercial brokers Erich Schultz SIOR, Jay Lyons CCIM and Darren Powderly CCIM represented both parties in the transaction.
Glen Una Management Company, Inc. leased a 40,000 square foot industrial space located at 63065 18th Street in Bend to an undisclosed tenant. Compass Commercial brokers Gardner Williams SIOR represented the lessor and Peter May CCIM, Bruce Kemp CCIM and Russell Huntamer CCIM represented the lessee in the negotiation of the long-term lease.

Columbia State Bank sold 75,359 square feet of mixed-riverfront zoned land located at the southwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Wall Street in Bend to Cody Development Corporation.
