Red Badger, LLC leased a 14,933 square foot industrial property located at 2095 SW Badger Avenue in Redmond to Silver Moon Brewing, Inc. Compass Commercial brokers Erich Schultz SIOR and Jay Lyons CCIM represented the lessor in the negotiation of the long-term lease.
Verdurmen Family Trust leased a 19,052 square foot industrial property located at 62968 Layton Avenue in Bend to St. Charles Health System. Compass Commercial brokers Bruce Kemp CCIM and Dan Kemp represented the lessee in the negotiation of the lease.
