As 2025 came to a close, Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is reflecting on a successful awards season that highlighted the company’s continued growth, strong workplace culture, and meaningful community impact throughout the year.
Over the course of 2025, Compass Commercial earned three significant honors: recognition as one of The Oregonian’s Top Workplaces, inclusion on the Portland Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Private Companies list, and being voted Best Commercial Real Estate Company in The Bulletin’s Community Choice Awards: Best of the Best of Bend.
A Year Defined by Workplace Excellence
For the third consecutive year, Compass Commercial was named a Top Workplace by The Oregonian, ranking 3rd among Small Employers (35–99 employees) out of 115 Oregon companies recognized across multiple categories. The award is based entirely on confidential employee feedback collected by Energage, LLC, measuring factors such as respect, support, growth opportunities, and empowerment.

Administrative Manager Hannah McClain, who joined the firm in 2024, shared, “It has been really fulfilling working with this group. With brokerage, property management, and construction all working together, it truly feels like one cohesive team.”

In addition to its workplace recognition, Compass Commercial ranked 42nd out of 114 companies on the Portland Business Journal’s 2025 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies. President Russell Huntamer and Vice President Ellisse Dickey represented the firm at the awards event in Portland.
Locally, the company was honored by the Central Oregon community after being voted Best Commercial Real Estate Company in The Bulletin’s Community Choice Awards: Best of the Best of Bend 2025. The Compass Commercial team celebrated the recognition at The Bulletin’s annual awards dinner.
