BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces the close of two recent transactions for a combined value over $1Million.
Gardner Williams, SIOR and Erich Schultz, SIOR with Compass Commercial represented Sabal Financial in the sale of an 8,200 square foot industrial building situated on 2.20 acres at 420 NE Butler Market Road (the former Western Tool building).The buyer, Barr Family, LLC, (dba Industrial Finishes) an industrial paint distributor, was represented by Darren Powderly, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM, also with Compass Commercial. The transaction recorded at $650,000.
In a separate transaction, Williams represented Woodard Family Trust in the purchase of a +/- 6,250 square foot multifamily building located at 62041 Northeast Nates Place. The property’s four two-story townhouse units are comprised each of three bedrooms and two and one-half baths. It sold for a total transaction value of $399,000. The seller, Collins Family Trust was represented by Duke Warner Realty.
