Compass Commercial Real Estate Services Announces its January 2013 Notable Transactions

BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces a selection of the firm’s transactions to close in January 2013.

Cascade Funding Group, LLC has sold a 7,200 sq. ft. industrial building situated on a 1.53 acre paved lot at 63227 Service Road in Bend to Jeffers Properties, LLC for a transaction value of $700,000. Peter May, CCIM and Bruce Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the seller, and Ron Davis with Cascade Sotheby’s International represented the buyer.

River Bend Investors I, LLC has renewed Kittelson & Associates, Inc.’s lease for a 2,881 sq. ft. office located at 354 SW Upper Terrace in Bend. Erich Schultz, SIOR with Compass Commercial represented the lessor, and Schultz and Matthew Johns of Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon represented the lessee.

Deschutes Ridge Business Park, LLC leased a 2,272 sq. ft. office located at 1005 SW Disk Drive in Bend to E.K. Riley. Howard Friedman, CCIM and Erich Schultz, SIOR with Compass Commercial represented the lessor, and Schultz represented the lessee.

Keystone Partners, LLC leased a 1,671 sq. ft. retail space located at 550 NW Franklin Avenue, Suite 118 in Bend to SBK Group, Inc./Krit Dangruenrat, Proprietor. Howard Friedman, CCIM and Darren Powderly, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the lessor and lessee.

Deschutes Properties, LLC leased a 2,802 sq. ft. office located at 730 SW Bonnett Way in Bend to Cherry City Transportation. Darren Powderly, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the lessor, and Pat Kesgard, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the lessee.

White Tiger Holdings, LLC leased a 3,963 sq. ft. industrial property located at 345 SW Cyber Drive in Bend to Grace Bio-Labs, Inc. Russell Huntamer and Darren Powderly, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the lessor, and Huntamer represented the lessee.
