Compass Commercial’s New Website Guides Clients to Success

Today, Compass Commercial is excited to announce the launch of a new website. This new website displays Compass Commercial’s new branding with an improved interface, making it easier for clients to find listings, access their Yardi client portal, contact a commercial real estate professional and more.

“2020 has been an interesting year for us all, but it also provided the opportunities and the necessary time to rebrand and retool our business for the future,” president and broker Dan Kemp stated. “As Compass Commercial continues to grow, our branding needed to be updated to reflect the growth and breadth of our team and services.”

Many changes were made to improve upon readability and the overall navigation of the site. It is now easier than ever to contact brokers, property managers and construction personnel with the addition of the main phone number in the top corner of the site. Tenants can access their Yardi Café account with the new Tenant Login button in the top bar on every page.

“The firm does so much more than just commercial brokerage. The addition of our Asset & Property Management team, Construction Services team and our new internal facilities maintenance team allows us to be a commercial property owner’s one-stop-shop for all of their commercial investment needs,” Kemp stated.

Those interested in leasing or buying a property can get a full list of Compass Commercial’s listings. Each month, three new featured properties are added and appear right on the home screen. Confused by commercial real estate terminology or have unanswered questions? The new FAQ page addresses commonly asked questions, from leasing advice to opportunity zones and more. Plus, discover all the reasons to move to Bend on the Relocate Your Business to Bend page.

“The updated website will be more user friendly and just overall more pleasing to navigate. It will also help us showcase our client’s properties more effectively by prominently displaying high-quality photos of each,” Marketing Manager Ellisse Dickey stated. “I especially love how the branding of our divisions is accented using color on the Brokerage, Asset & Property Management, and Construction Services pages. This differentiation between departments was important to clearly communicate the types of services we provide and ultimately make it easier for people to get in touch with one of our many commercial real estate experts.”
