Compass Commercial Real Estate Services Announces January 2014 Transactions

BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services, Central Oregon’s leading commercial real estate firm, announces the following transactions represented by the brokerage in January.

IA Twin Knolls, LLC leased an 11,980 square foot industrial building situated on 1.18 acres at 2500 NE Twin Knolls Drive, Bend to St. Charles Health System, Inc.  Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessee.

Aero Facilities, LLC sold a 2,500 square foot airport hangar located at 63132 Powell Butte Highway, Unit 51 in Bend to The Herzog Revocable Living Trust. The transaction was valued at $185,460. Compass Commercial broker, Robert Raimondi represented both parties in the transaction.

Aero Facilities, LLC sold a 2,500 square foot airport hangar located at 63132 Powell Butte Highway, Unit 50 in Bend to Bernard Gateau. The transaction was valued at $167,500. Compass Commercial broker, Robert Raimondi represented both parties in the transaction.

Mill Point Business Campus leased 8,565 square feet of office space located at 600 SW Columbia Street, Suites 6150 & 6210 to Mosaic Medical. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM, Darren Powderly, CCIM and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented both parties in the lease transaction.

Deschutes Properties, LLC renewed the lease of an 8,209 square foot industrial space located at 20310 Empire Avenue; Suite 160 to Jeld-Wen, Inc. John Keba, CPM® ARM® with Compass Commercial Property Management represented the lessor. Brokers, Stephen Toomey, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the lessee.

Mill Point Business Campus leased 2,399 square feet of office space located at 730 SW Bonnett Way to The Partners Group, LTD. Compass Commercial brokers, Darren Powderly, CCIM, Peter May, CCIM and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessor.  Powderly and Lyons represented the lessee.

Dennis Crowell sold a 1,855 square foot building located at 144 NW Irving Avenue in Bend to River Wild, LLC in a transaction valued at $322,500. Compass Commercial broker, Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented the seller; Bruce Kemp, CCIM, also with Compass Commercial, and Kesgard represented the buyer.
